Queenscliff Cruising Yacht Club (QCYC) in partnership with the Ocean Racing Club of Victoria (ORCV), has commenced their third year of the Kiss program with 50 women enrolled, and supported by 13 boat owners and 17 mentors, 15 of whom are woman .
