Easter 2025 Queenscliff Cup, Commodores Trophy and Celebrations
Easter is fast approaching and QCYC has something for everyone. Whether you choose to race in the club’s annual signature regatta event, the Queenscliff Cup and Commodore’s Trophy for female helms, or be spectators viewing the on water action, or just kicking back in Paradise for some R&R, there is plenty for everyone.
So here is your checklist to get onboard for whatever “floats your boat” over the extended weekend. Get online now.

Queenscliff Cup 2025 Sailing Instructions v2
Notice of Race Queenscliff Cup 2025 and Commodores Trophy (Female Helm)
A series of five races over two days (Saturday 19 April and Sunday 20 April) with a proviso for a resail on Monday 21 April if required.
Queenscliff Lonsdale Yacht Club will also be assisting, providing their Race Management boat and additional race officials and running their popular Passage Race within the series.
Entry fees for the regatta are -
$60 for series (5 races) including free berthing Sat and Sunday evenings OR
$35 per race (no free berthing)
Late entries will be accepted up to 1000 hrs on any morning of the series on payment of the specified Late Entry Fee of $70 for series or $45 for each race.
For those entering the Regatta, the Entry form requests additional information re your boat metrics, your crew members and their Australian Sailing membership numbers and confirmation that you have already completed and paid for the booking process.
If you entered for the 5 race series you will be given 2 free berthing nights (Sat and Sun) but you will have to pay for any additional days during your stay. So complete the Berthing Request and Wharfing payment before entering the regatta.

Check availability of berths by completing your Berthing Request form and on confirmation of your berth, make the Wharfage Payment.
Regatta entrants will need to complete these steps before proceeding to payment for your regatta entry.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT……

Sunday morning, an Easter Egg Hunt, Coloring Competiton and Guess the Lollies in the Jar for the kids!
Sunday night the pizza ovens will be fired up ready for you to BYO ingredients to create your own pizza.

Department of Defence Checkpoint 1 Easter Open Hours
Boat owners/ skippers are reminded of their responsibility to inform Checkpoint1 with 48hrs prior notice by phone on 5254 9468 to advise the arrival of any visitors to your boat and their vehicle registration, driver licence and passenger numbers.
Ferries over the Easter period will run hourly from 0700hrs – 1900hrs from both Sorrento and Queenscliff terminals.
